Introduction
I want to thank everyone who has shown enough interest in the league to come look at this rule book. This rule book will not be short you may find your self asking what in the living hell is this, but i will tell you it is all required if you want to have amazing racing. We will ask alot of every driver to meet the SCR Standards the one thing we want a driver to have more than anything is RESPECT, respect the admins that have worked so hard to make all of this happen, respect your team owner for allowing you to drive one of their cars, respect your teammates because good ones will work with you even when its not race day, and probably the most important RESPECT your fellow driver. Respect will lead to great racing and i think we all want great racing, give and take its very important yes track position is important but i think every one would like to finish the races so if we can all make it to the end and have 40-43 cars on track when that checkerd flag flies then we will all agree the racing was great. Im thrilled to bring you this League so on behalf of Nick Gielas and Super Championship Racing happy reading and may you put your Machine into Victory Lane

Section 1A. Code of Conduct
It is said that it is the duty of the car making the pass to make sure it is a clean pass. I firmly believe this so it will be put on all drivers to pass cleanly the guy you are passing is trying hard to defend but both need to try to keep it clean. With everyone on the mic we ask that race chatter is kept to a minimum there is no rule stating you can not have your own channel on Iracing to talk with you team. As a member of this league you are a member outside of the League you will never be suspended from racing due to something that happened outside of the league, but you can be removed from the league if we find it beyond detrimental to the league so do be on your best behavior. This league like many before it and many after we strive for Realism so we ask everyone to use a wheel please. Human Spotters will not be permitted until we reach a point where every driver can have one until that time no one will be allowed to have one.
Section 1B. Practices
Practice during the week will not be held by the League drivers are to practice on their own or host a practice for the league the only league hosted practice will be the 1:20 mins of practice leading up to the race. During Practice you will be required to put in a certian amount of laps and attend Drivers Meeting to Qualify. if you do not get your laps in but attend the Drivers meeting you will not qualify if you do Qualify you will be disqualified. the same goes if you make the laps total but miss drivers meeting. if you fail to complete the laps and show up for the drivers meeting YOU WILL NOT RACE! No excuses SuperSpeedways will be unique in the fact that you must be in a pack of at least 3 cars for your laps to count. for your laps to count they must be in a 5 lap run at least you can put all laps in at one run but a run is 5 laps to count them towards your requirment
Tracks Shorter than 1.4 = 25 Laps
Tracks Longer than 1.4 = 15 Laps
Tire Wear will be set to 0
Section 1C. Weather
Weather will be set to dynamic to provide a little challange to all drivers with changing winds
Section 1D. Drivers Meeting
Drivers Meeting is MANDATORY if you miss drivers meeting you will not be allowed to grid even if you have met you laps. Drivers meeting is the most important time before the race it will take place 10 mins before Qualifying and the track will be cleared of all cars if you do not have your laps in by then well to bad. Drivers Meetings will cover every inch of detail for the upcoming race.
Section 1E. Qualifying
Qualifying will be 2 laps you will have 10 mins to put in the 2 best laps you possibly can. Qualifying will set the field for 35 out of the 36 races. the Daytona 500 will have twin 125s to set every position except the Front row those 2 positions will be determined by Qualifying from there the Odd number Qualifiers will be in Duel 1 and Even numbered Qualifiers will be in Duel 2. the Top 35 on points will be locked in for the season after Week 5 which is Bristol. Starting at Martinsville the top 35 in owners points will be locked in. We will also award a Provisional to the Winner of the previous weeks race, this Provisional will only exsist for the first season
Section 1F. Gridding, pace laps, and the Start
When we grid there is no moving until we roll off for pace laps. if you were not allowed to Qualify you will grid from the rear of the field. do not damage anyones car under pace laps please. this will be the only time where the field will be double file for the lead lap cars. there is no passing or switching lanes until after the start finish line
Section 1G. Pitting
Pitting under green will be diffrent at each track and during each drivers meeting we will cover how to get on and off pit road at each track. we do not require anyone to call out when they pit but we do encourage it as it helps everyone and hopefully avoid wrecks
Section 1H. Cautions
Section 1I. Penalties
There will be no EOLs handed out for Causing a Caution, Instead a Cause of Caution will be awarded. You will have 3 Cause of Cautions in a single race before you are parked for that race, if you reach 3 in 1 race you will be suspended the following week if it happens again it will be 3 races a 3rd time is 5 and a 4th time you will sit for the remainder of the season. If you collect 2 Cause of cautions in a single race you will be place on probation for 3 races, if you collect 2 CoCs under probation you will be suspended the following week and have 3 more races tacked on, if you clear your first probation and collect 2 more CoCs you will face a 6 race suspension if it happens a 3rd time you will be Suspended. If you intentionally wreck someone that is an automatic park and a minimum of 1 race suspension but will likely be more than 1. If you violate the commitment box as we call it then you will earn either a Drive through or and EOL, if the violation happens under green then you have earned your self a Drive Through, if the violation happens under caution it will be an EOL. Penalties handed out by Iracing will not be cleared unless its fr passing under the yellow and the car it said you passed was wrecked then it will be cleared.
Section 1J. Race Replays
If you have a dissagrement with Race Control you need to save the replay. If there is no video evidence then we cant help you and the race Controller has final say if there is no evidence against it.

Race Chatter is defined as non race related conversation as in talking about what you did last night.
